What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your project management tool. ProLens views it live and never saves it — anything we hold to keep the page fast is erased automatically every 15 minutes. When you cancel, everything is erased within 15 minutes and there is nothing else to delete.
Do client portals really cost nothing extra?
Yes. Free and unlimited on every tier. Studio firms get the same portal product Enterprise firms get. We believe every project deserves client visibility, so we do not price-gate it.
