No. ProLens is strictly read-only. We never write, edit, create, or delete anything in your Salesforce account.
What data does ProLens access?
ProLens reads your opportunities and stages, accounts, contacts, owners, and engagement activity. We never read passwords, private notes, or anything outside the data needed to populate your dashboard widgets.
How often does data refresh?
Every 15 minutes automatically. The data you see on your dashboard is held only long enough to display it, then erased.
