What data does ProLens access?
ProLens reads your project-level GL data, AR aging, revenue, budgets, customers, and dimensional reporting. We never read passwords, private notes, or anything outside the data needed to populate your dashboard widgets.
How often does data refresh?
Every 15 minutes automatically. The data you see on your dashboard is held only long enough to display it, then erased.
We have multiple entities in Intacct. Does ProLens handle that?
Yes. ProLens reads at the entity level and aggregates to the firm dashboard automatically. You can also scope dashboards to a single entity when needed.
