What data does ProLens access?
ProLens reads your invoices, AR aging, payments, contacts, chart of accounts, and budget data. We never read passwords, private notes, or anything outside the data needed to populate your dashboard widgets.
How often does data refresh?
Every 15 minutes automatically. The data you see on your dashboard is held only long enough to display it, then erased.
Does ProLens support Xero across regions?
Yes. Xero's API is consistent across regions, so ProLens reads your AR, revenue, and budget data the same way whether you are in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or North America.
