Does ProLens ever write to my Total Synergy account?
No. ProLens is strictly read-only. We never write, edit, create, or delete anything in your Total Synergy account.
What data does ProLens access?
ProLens reads your projects, time entries, invoices, AR data, resource plans, and clients. We never read passwords, private notes, or anything outside the data needed to populate your dashboard widgets.
How often does data refresh?
Every 15 minutes automatically. The data you see on your dashboard is held only long enough to display it, then erased.
What is a PSA?
Platforms like Total Synergy, along with others like Deltek and Harvest, are sometimes referred to as PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools in the industry. We call them project management tools throughout this site so the jargon does not get in the way.
