How often does data refresh?
Every 15 minutes automatically. The data you see on your dashboard is held only long enough to display it, then erased.
Does ProLens reconcile transactions in QuickBooks?
No. ProLens is strictly read-only. We never reconcile, post, edit, or delete anything in your books. Your AP / AR workflow stays exactly where it lives today.
